Today everyone wants to look fit, people are getting more & more obsessed about losing weight. With the coming of new super fit Bollywood actors & actresses lot of youngsters are trying to emulate them. Weight loss is a necessary step to look fit.

Losing weight isn’t impossible but it isn’t easy either. It takes lot of enthusiasm & hard work. Apart  from that, a healthy diet plan is a must to lose weight. Dedication & hard work is one of the facets of losing weight the other important part is a diet plan to lose weight. There has always been a lot of curiosity to know which is the best diet plan to lose weight fast. Here I will give you a diet plan to lose weight fast. This is the best vegetarian diet plan to lose weight. Vegetarian diet plans have proved their worth.

Advantages of a veg. diet plan

  • Removes toxins from body
  • Helps to shed those extra kilos
  • Lowers cholesterol level
  • Reduces high blood pressure
  • Lowers the risk of cardiovascular diseases
  • Helps to avoid saturated fat

It is a bit difficult to follow but if you are dedicated to losing weight then it will really help you.

The plan: It includes intake of fruit, veggies& dairy products. Avoid smoking & drinking. Alcohol drinking leads to rising in the level of uric acid in the body which causes retention of water in the body, thus blocking the detoxifying process. This blocks the detoxifying process. Drink 4 liters of water daily, it will boost your metabolism.

Morning:

Start your day with lemon juice in lukewarm water. Its effective in detoxifying the body.

Breakfast
1.One cup of skimmed milk.
2.One bowl of cereals likes oat/bran/cornflakes or sprouted gram. If your taste buds are truly indian then you can have poha, upma or daliya with milk.

Morning snack: Handful of almonds or walnuts

Lunch: Chapattis (without ghee), rice, salad(cucumber, tomato, beetroot), veg curry, dal& curd

Evening snack: Tea with biscuit preferably the ones like mcvities or you can have an apple or any other seasonal fruit.
Dinner: Chapatti (without oil), rice, salad, veg curry, soya nutrela or soup, dal, curd.

Before sleeping: Have a glass of warm skimmed milk.

Best weight loss vegetarian foods

  • Green leafy vegetables: They are the most important source of vitamins. Minerals,  antioxidants & fibers. Broccoli & spinach are the best
  • Nuts: They contain protein, vitamins & minerals. They have fatty acids but the good ones. You can have almonds, peanuts or walnuts.
  • Soya & legumes: They are high in proteins. Soya beans, kidney beans. lentils, chickpeas are must in a vegetarian diet.
  • Cereals: Have oats, cornflakes, bran, semolina in your diet. They are high in iron.
  • Fruits: They are the best part of a diet plan, they have lots of fiber, vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. They enhance our metabolism & lower the blood pressure. Have fruits which have high water content like watermelon, muskmelon, papaya, cucumber, orange.

Things to be kept in mind

  1. Have small meals at regular intervals
  2. Have the dinner at the appropriate time.
  3. Never skip the breakfast.
  4. Just following the diet plan is not enough you have to do some outdoor activities too, jog or do exercise for atleast half an hour.
  5. Drink enough water (4 liters)
  6. Avoid junk food
  7. Smoking & drinking are a strict no.

Dedication is of utmost priority, without it even the most healthy diet plans will fail.
